Last minute booking due to Hurricane Milton. I had a change to my booking and the Front Desk Manager stepped up BIG time and went above and beyond to assist me with issues I had in dealing with Booking.com.. Additionally, the front desk staff was warm and friendly. Great location to MIA and Port Miami. I will definitely use this property in the future. I must say that I've travelled alot, but the staff at this property really went above and beyond to assist me during the stress of a hurricane.

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this hotel. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, reception, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar waiters. The hotel has a very tasty and varied breakfast. Near the hotel you will find everything you need, parking, grocery stores and restaurants. It is convenient to get from the hotel to anywhere in Miami by car. The area where the hotel is located is clean and safe. We got the feeling of not just relaxing in a hotel, but being welcomed by a family. The hotel management does an excellent job and the quality of your stay at this hotel exceeds expectations. We have also stayed in identical rated hotels in Miami but did not have the same personalized service as a customer. We highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and holidays with children.

The rooms were very clean. The check in process was smooth. The breakfast was included, and even at lunch, the buffet was free for the kids. They were ready to serve food at poolside too which was a plus. Overall it was a good staying experience.

The rooms at the venue were spacy & comfortable with a good TV, free efficient WIFI. The bathroom in the room was clean and light. My room was serviced every day. The property is close to Local Bars, Walmart & fast food if you choose, although the bar and Restaurant at the hotel are both exceptional.

We had a horrible flight on the way from Pittsburgh, connecting in Charlotte, to Miami. (originally supposed to land in West Palm, but the flight was delayed, which made us miss our connecting flight). Anyways, we were exhausted (12 hours of travel) and were so happy to book a room at the last minute at your wonderful hotel. We were treated exceptionally well by everyone! The concierge was so welcoming, and the bartenders were personable and very professional. Your hotel is gorgeous and clean, and the beds are super comfortable. We had room service the next morning, (she was so friendly) and it was wonderful! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! :)

Lots of sockets in the room, good Wi-Fi, nice breakfast, big comfy beds, lots of storage. Safe, coffee making facilities. Two rooms together request was fulfilled. Shuttle to Dolphin Mall. Nice exterior, pool. Nice bathroom amenities.

We were on our honeymoon and the customer service we received from Conrad/Lynette was exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay one of a kind. They made us feel as though we were right at home amongst family. We're sure to return because of the wonderful staff you have at Inter-Continental Doral Miami.
